Client: A web based medical products retail supplier in Germany.

The client, founded in 1995, develops innovative solutions for public health. The company began operations providing a simple medical directory on its Website. Over the years, they added several products and services geared to consumers and to providers of healthcare. Since December 2000, the firm became a part of Vanenburg group of Netherlands, which is a world leader in developing clinical software in medicine besides providing other IT solutions.

VAST consultants were involved in the development and implementation of a Time Management System (TMS) for the client. The TMS has been designed to schedule appointments for patients based on their preferences such as preferred day of the week, time, etc. depending upon the availability of resources like Doctors, assistants, equipments, etc.
