Client : A mobile and web solutions start-up in Germany

The client provides Dialog Solutions™ to companies and their customers on a multitude of channels. Channels range from mobile phones, pagers, and personal digital assistants to Internet browsers and electronic mail.

The firm applies the new wireless technologies within markets that require secure, personal, anytime, anywhere relationships. In most cases the wireless channel provides the first means to establish and manage such relationships on a large scale.

The Dialog Solutions product enables true and long-term interactions among all participants in business – customers, suppliers, and employees as opposed to the short-term, push-style messaging used nowadays. The client leverages a proprietary technical platform to deliver their services.

The project involved development of a Stakeholder package using Directory Access Classes and creation of a link between the front end and database of the application for end users to design and operate Dialog Solutions™. The project plan encompassed project initiation, development and user acceptance of stakeholder package.

The Client was delighted with the delivery.
