The International Training Centre of a leading global bank
The client, the International Training Centre of a leading
global bank, organizes different training programmes in various
courses and categories for its parent bank as well as for
outsiders, worldwide.
The
client planned to computerize their entire system for Training
Information management. They needed to store all the details
of the various categories of courses offered, courses under
those categories and modules under these courses; also maintain
city--wise schedules of the programmes, details about participants
and faculty members, details of hotels and travel agents city-wise,
hotel / travel bookings and cancellations for participants
as well as the faculty. To assist them with automated processing
and scheduling of their training and related activities, a
Training Automation System was designed, developed and implemented
by VAST.
