Tracks Data

• Tracks allocation, deallocation and movement of computer resources with details including
  -request ID, Company ID, branch ID
  -request date, resource details
  -from and to dates with regard to the period for which the item will be at the new location
  -request made by
  -status of request and return date of the item to the original location.

• Tracks components with reference to ownership- if purchased, hired, leased etc.,

• Tracks configuration of PC's.

• Tracks complaints, including component ID, date of complaint, description.

• Tracks service details including the date attended to, description of service, type of service (AMC, on-call basis etc.), Spares replaced /taken for service/returned.

Enables allocation of Computing Resources

• Enables allocation and deallocation of computer resources by detailing items required, by whom, request status (pending in transit, serviced), remarks.

• Allows the request details to be forwarded  to  the Facilities  Management Group to service the request promptly.

• Movement  of  infrastructure: at  the  branch level, company level and group level, under categories called permanent or temporary, inward or outward.

• Acquisition of Hardware

• Maintenance option to view date wise or equipment wise.

• Resource status: details whether resources are allocated, free, under repair or obsolete.

• Resources request made by personnel, including status (pending/serviced)

Traces History

• History  of  allocations: component wise  and  department wise, with details  of  department ID,component ID from and to dates of allocation.

• History of problems: with details on component ID, service provider, service engineer, date of repair, etc.

• History of PC's with details on PC ID, components attached to the PC's date and the reasons for shift etc.

Other Features

• Security features allow users to gain full or limited access to the system.

• Enables Import/Export of data between branches and Head Office.
