(2022/01/10) From September 27 to 29, 2022, the VAST Board of Directors (VBoD) finally met again in presence after almost three years.
Various topics regarding global market and customer development, new trends and technologies as well as the joint VAST strategy were discussed in Detroit during those three days.
Frank Krejci is the new Chairman of the VBoD
Normally, the position of Chairman of the VBoD, the highest body of our global alliance, changes every two years. Within the VBoD, it has now been agreed on an early, planned change of the position, which was been taken over by Frank Krejci (CEO and President STRATTEC) as of October 1, 2022.
He replaced Jim Teets, who has served as CEO at ADAC since 2007. Teets has retired but will continue on the ADAC Board of Directors.

For VAST LLC President and VAST China CEO Rob Meyer, who is based in China, Corona travel restrictions prevented him from attending in person. Due to a cancelled flight, Christian Kaczmarczyk (CTO WITTE) could only attend the meetings digitally.
