ADAC Automotive President and CEO Jim Teets (second man from left) has been awarded the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award for Manufacturing in the Michigan and Northwest Ohio region. Teets was selected by an independent judging panel made up of previous award winners, leading CEOs, investors and other regional business leaders. The award was announced at a special gala event on June 27 at the Detroit Institute of Arts.
The awards recognize entrepreneurs who are excelling in areas such as innovation, financial performance and personal commitment to their businesses and communities.
“I am honored to be awarded the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year® 2018 Award for Manufacturing,” Teets said. “Innovation is ADAC’s primary focus, and our associates’ work and creativity are what have opened the doors to growth, innovation and further entrepreneurial endeavors.”

Teets is now eligible for award consideration in the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards. National winners will be announced at the Entrepreneur Of The Year National Awards gala in Palm Springs, California, on Nov. 10.
