(09/22/2015) The VAST presence at the Frankfurt International Motor Show (IAA) was a resounding success. In his initial assessment, Christian Kaczmarczyk, CEO of WITTE Automotive, says: “The visitors were very impressed by the variety of our system solutions for hoods and tailgates, doors, interior and seat systems. At the press and trade visitor days the strategic partners WITTE Automotive, STRATTEC and ADAC Automotive – together VAST – presented their innovative new products at the world’s most important automotive show. VAST boasts sophisticated product developments that combine mechanics, electrics and electronics in a unique way. Trendsetter in mechatronic system solutions At the International Motor Show in Frankfurt VAST presented solutions that will make tomorrow’s vehicles even more comfortable and also safer: innovative camera drives ensure optimum support for important driver assistance systems, the intelligent sliding door drive meets the highest safety standards and can be combined with gesture, Bluetooth or NFC access systems, the electronic backrest locking offers enhanced comfort and greater design freedom and the patented door protection system prevents accidents when alighting from the vehicle.
