Within the planned exchange of generations there will be done significant step of this change to 01.11.2013 in WITTE Automotive: Rolf-W. Walter will resign from the position of the executive manager, Christian Kaczmarczyk will be appointed as the new executive manager. Mr. Kaczmarczyk will together with Edvard Rückert and Rainer Gölz lead this family company.

Rolf-W. Walter started at WITTE Automotive in 2003 after a long-standing career of a consultant. From the position of a managing director he significant achieved to the professionalization of the WITTE group in the business area and helped to get well over the worldwide financial and economic crisis.
Christian Kaczmarczyk has been engaged in the WITTE Group since 1996. Besides his existing performance in the company, his technical and business knowledge and comprehension in connection with management skills were decisive for his appointment to the position of the executive manager.
In the management of WITTE Automotive continues Mr. Edvard Rückert (on the position of executive manager since 1991) with his longtime knowledge and experiences as well as Rainer Gölz (executive manager since 2001), partner and a descendant of the founder of the company in the fourth generation.
The new management represents competence and continuity. Thanks to its entire staff at home and abroad is WITTE Automotive optimally prepared for the future and to cope with the growing challenges of the market.
